Obviously, in the CNC machine tool components and subsystems, the most frequent fault is the machine tool electrical system. This is the main reason for the frequent failure of the electrical system of CNC machine tools. Therefore, careful prevention and maintenance must be performed during use. In the production process, the waterproof (oil) and dustproof CNC machine tools are usually installed outside the processing area during the production process, but the execution components, detection components and related cables of the CNC system, such as servo motors, travel limit switches, The zero return switch and so on are close to the processing area, and the coolant should not be opened too much during processing, causing the coolant to splash wet and cause the machine to malfunction: usually the numerical control device of the numerical control machine tool adopts certain dust-proof measures.
