1. First, the workpiece blank is driven into an optical axis so that the end faces are perpendicular to the axis. 2. Use the vernier caliper to measure the highest point of the optical axis, and record the data. Then move the cursor of the vernier height gauge down to half of the actual measured diameter. Check the two lines before and after the coincidence. If they coincide, it is the horizontal axis of the workpiece. If it is not coincident, adjust the height scale of the cursor. The amount of movement of the cursor is half of the distance between the two parallel lines. This is repeated until the two lines are coincident.

3. After finding the shaft of the workpiece, you can draw the circle on the section and the circumference of the workpiece. These drawn lines are the horizontal section of the axis and the intersection line of the workpiece, which plays a big role in the subsequent production. .

4. Rotate the workpiece by 90°, align the contoured end line with a 90° angle, and draw another set of horizontal lines on the end face and the outer circle. This is the easiest and most convenient way to draw the circle.

5. Move the cursor of the vernier height gauge up by an eccentricity dimension, and also draw a circle on the end face and the periphery of the shaft.

6. Use the two feet to make the eccentricity e as the radius, take the eccentricity on the end face of the workpiece, make the eccentric point, make the circle with the eccentric point as the center, and use the sample to punch the eye on the drawn line. These eye-catching eyes should be placed on the line and should not be skewed, otherwise eccentricity errors will occur.
